  • No alcohol is allowed

7:30 a.m.

Check-in at Visitor Center (1641 Elk Street, Rock Springs, WY)

8:00 a.m.

Depart Visitor Center

Stops:

Flaming Gorge Gateway Sign – Map orientation/ Photo Op

Firehole Canyon Stop – Cowboy Donuts and Restroom Break

Antelope Flat Turnout

Flaming Gorge Dam – View Site and Restroom Break

Lunch at West Greens Lake Nature Trail (outside) - Lunch from WyoWifey

Red Canyon Visitor Center – View Scenic Overlook

Sheep Creek Bay Overlook (MM 17)

Salmon Interpretive Site (MM 22) – View Site and Restroom Break

Lucerne Valley Marina or Buckboard Marina – Ice Cream and Restroom Break

Green River – View Expedition Island (Optional - based on time)

4:15 p.m.

Return to Elk Street Visitor Center (1641 Elk Street, Rock Springs, WY)
