GRANT INFORMATION: APPLICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

Grants are available for non-profit events, conventions and conferences that meet the following mission:

Grant Mission: To enhance the economy of Sweetwater County and its municipalities by encouraging the promotion of activities and other recreational opportunities which will attract and retain visitors to Sweetwater County and its municipalities.

Grant Applications are due on the dates listed below. Late applications will NOT be accepted.

2024 GRANT HEARINGS

GRANT GUIDELINES

Please review all Grant Guidelines before submitting the application. Bids are only required for printing fees and/or production costs under the Advertising and Marketing Grant. Bids are NOT required for Sponsorship Grants. Questions? Call (307) 382-2538.

IRS RECOGNITION OF EXEMPTION APPLICATION

Application for IRS Recognition of Exemption
To apply for Recognition by the IRS of Exempt Status under section 501(c)(3) of the Code, use a Form 1023-series application. (Do this only if your organization does not already have non-profit status.)

PAYMENT REQUEST AND FOLLOW UP INFORMATION

REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
Use this form to request reimbursement for funds awarded. This form must be turned in along with the Event Follow Up Form, Itemized List of Expenditures (sent to grantee when grant is awarded), paid invoices and canceled checks.

EVENT FOLLOW UP FORM
This form must be returned to the Sweetwater County Travel & Tourism Board along with the Request for Payment form, Itemized List of Expenditures (sent to grantee when grant is awarded), paid invoices and canceled checks.
